Phofs Academy uses advanced videoconferencing technology that transports students into fully interactive time-tabled online classrooms, which enables teachers to see all their students and the students to see their classmates and teachers. 

Flipped Classroom Model

In addition, to live lessons, Phofs Academy conducts classes as live discussion seminars to deepen students' understanding of subject materials. Students prepare in advance for discussion seminars by watching recorded lessons and reading additional materials that will influence their discussions.

Science Experiments

Phofs  Academy offers its students virtual biology, chemistry, and physics labs - providing students with learning experiences equivalent to those with better physical resources. Our virtual lab activities are conducted using video demonstrations and online simulations. Simple lab activities are conducted by students at home using everyday objects.

Assessments

All formative assessments and preparatory examinations at Phofs Academy are taken online under remote exam proctoring. The authenticity of students' assignments and projects is verified using the latest antiplagiarism tools. Phofs Academy provides regular reports reflecting subject marks and aggregates, just as in traditional physical schools. The external examinations required to complete NSC/SC, AS & A level qualifications are set by the examining or awarding body and are taken at a physical exam centre.
